1. What is the Hype Store about?

In conjunction with the Tiger Street Food Virtual Festival, Tiger aims to deliver to you an extraordinary street food experience by creating an epic collision of street food and streetwear with the Tiger Street Food Hypefeast Drop. We’ll be dropping 6 Xclusively curated streetwear collabs over the course of 6 weeks, where Malaysia’s most renowned fashion labels will meet iconic street food, bringing you exciting flavours and undeniable style. Don’t miss out!

2. Can anyone make this pre-order?

The Hypefeast Drop is strictly available for pre-order for non-Muslims aged 21 and above only. Purchases of the Tiger Street Food Box will only be available to those within a limited delivery range in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang, Ipoh, Johor Bahru. Kindly key your postcode to verify the delivery coverage in your area.

3. How many Hypefeast Drop Boxes can I purchase in one order?

You may purchase a maximum of four (4) Hypefeast boxes per order. However, you may make multiple orders subject to availability.

4. What is the Pre-order Period for the Hypefeast Box?

The pre-order period for selected areas within the available regions of Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang, Ipoh and Johor Bahru, are as stated below:

5. What is the Delivery Period for the Hypefeast Drop?

All orders will be on pre-order basis where you will be able to select your preferred delivery date and time slots. Current delivery dates and time slots are subject to change, in line with existing SOPs.

6. How do I check if my area is within delivery coverage?

Delivery is available only for selected areas within KL and Selangor, Penang, Ipoh and Johor Bahru. You may check area availability by keying in your postcode upon ordering.

7. Do I have to pay delivery fees?

A flat rate of RM15 will be charged for every Hypefeast Drop. A flat rate of RM8 will be charged for every Merchandise.

8. How do I track my order and/or Delivery status?

You will receive three (3) order notifications via email or SMS as follows:
a) Upon placing your order, you will receive your order confirmation and payment receipt.
b) One (1) day before the delivery date, you will receive a reminder on your pre-order.
c) On the day of delivery, you will receive a notification to inform you that your order is on its way.

9. Can I change/cancel an order after it is confirmed and paid for?

No changes of orders are allowed after payment has been made.

10. I’m facing issues with the website and order confirmation. Who do I contact?
